Trust me color

People go to school with good intentions to become a doctor or pharmacist, and earn the “doctor” title.  I’ve enjoyed having the doctor title and the respect it brings with it.  People are often impressed and respectful and then expect me to be very knowledgeable about their health.

However, I have felt guilty as a doctor in a health care profession, as I didn’t know about nutrition, or natural solutions such as herbal remedies or essential oils. I didn’t about learn about healthy ways to deal with emotions.  I only learned about drugs.

I felt somewhat of a fraud as people looked to me for solutions for their healthcare.  The profession of pharmacy used to learn about natural solutions and herbal remedies. But now it has been reduced down to becoming sales people for the drug companies. And for the past 10+ years, pharmacists graduate with a doctor title.

It earns us respect and helps sell more drugs.
